Cordura® nylon offers a lightweight alternative to leather boots. Cordura nylon is twice as abrasion-resistant as standard footwear nylons. Outdoor enthusiasts have come to trust the rugged lightweight convenience of a Cordura boot. Cordura nylon is a very low maintenance fabric - after use, just wipe the boots down with a damp cloth. To combat the deer's keen sense of smell, W.L. Gore and Associates created Gore-Tex® Supprescent. footwear fabric. Supprescent is guaranteed waterproof, breathable and specifically formulated to block human odors giving hunters an unfair advantage over big game. Supprescent differs from any other scent-controlling product on the market. The bicomponent membrane used in Supprescent is engineered to resist the transmission of human odor molecules without having to be regenerated. Once it is stitched to the inside of the boot, it will permanently retain its scent-controlling characteristics.
